With all of the many postural issues presented by modern habits of society especially, "comfortable" is, by default, little more than a dismal combination of inhibitions, quirks, and bad habits and should be corrected, rather than reinforced by staying within "comfortable" bounds.
Unless, of course, you're perfectly happy with being a casual, mediocre, or just "lucky". If so, I'm truly envious of you anon.
