Kansas City's Union Station does not handle much passenger rail traffic, so it has been outfitted with a motley assortment of renovations. It has a planetarium, a science museum for children, a science summer camp, a movie theater, a small collection of model trains, an escape room, various shops and restaurants, and a skywalk that leads to Crown Center. None of these renovations have been particularly successful, but you can see that the building itself is quite beautiful.
