I raised my saddle height. Previously it felt like my thighs were always the most tired part of my legs and the rest not that impacted so I thought the seat was too low. Now the back of my leg beneath my butt and the area i circled and only on the outside half, feel the most tired while thighs don't feel much at all.
Is my seat too high now or am I just too weak there from having ridden at a lower seat height for a long time. I feel like I can't push as hard when starting the bike from a standstill compared to when my seat was lower but it feels a bit easier to maintain speed once I get going.
