Hello all. Recently bought a modern low-end road bike, and it came equipped with Promax RC-382 brakes. I own a pair of Tektro 312's, and was wondering if it was worth switching them out? They both seem like low-end brakes, but the tektros seem to clamp more smoothly in my hand. However, if they are both equally bad, I might as well keep the ones I have and buy better brake pads first ( which I will do either way, Kool stop Salmons seem to be the go-to).
