If the 1945 Battle of Manila hadn't happened, Manila would have been one of Asia's greatest open port city. I still believe Manila has great potential in the far future as a city of trade but it's capabilities are severely limited by some of the worst traffic conditions on the planet due to poor transportation infrastructure.
