>>1901085Those broken spokes are a real killer here. Paying a shop to rebuild the wheels will be way to expensive for what it is. It's not even worth it to buy brand new wheels either because those are vintage style wheels with a Freewheel hub instead of the modern Cassette standard (how the gears attach to the back wheel). At minimum get new brake pads and cables/cable housing. Tires look like they are fine and the tubes look like they hold air, you can get away with them for now.
