Besides - secondary suspension is not for vibration ( that is what tyres are for ) but for taking on harsh hits ( cobbles, railroad track, potholes ) and makes sense where termac is mostly not well maintaned.
Let me tell you this way. Hitting a pothole at 20mph is not fun. I ride after dark quite a lot and it has happend to me more then once.
