avoid stamped dropouts. They're flat. And normally don't have derailer hangers. That means a really cheap frame.
Also the fact that has steel rims is really bad. The braking on those in the wet is garbage.
the fact your bike has pointed lugs though means it's a slightly nicer version of a bike boom shitter. Do the lugs have a seam (line) through them?
