Just finished building this thing with some scrap bike parts I had laying around. I wanted to try retro-direct drive but keep the bike as cheap as possible, so far it costed me equivalent of $10 for freewheels and chain, the rest I found in my basement. I'll post more pics when I finish this, I steel need to find some better handlebar (preferably flat) and somehow improve the chain tensioner, because chain is scratching against it when pedaling backwards. Anyway, it's fun to ride and fun to work on.
