Find me an NTSB report where they mention unreported medical diagnosis. I've been in the industry long enough to see a small handful of pilots I know personally crash airplanes beyond repair. The NTSB does not give a fuck about a crash unless it was a major wreck involving a transport category aircraft. The questioning you'll get from the FSDO & NTSB is on par with the questioning you get from police when you report a stolen bike; 10 min phone call, written statement, and no follow up.
