It was impossible for anyone to predict that kind of rapid growth. That retarded transit bill would have literally solved nothing. Nashville is just very oddly laid out and I don't think there's a single reasonable option to fix the traffic issues. But then again, it's really only terrible in rush hour. I live in Green Hills and I can get nearly anywhere in the city in 10 minutes after 7pm.
