(my plan is to base my training on the groupal plan wich is a CTB classic training plan and change it to my needs with the knowledge i have). but im clueless on weights. and i was thinking on starting with them this year. yes i know CTB has a section about them that i need to read it again. im asking here cause for sure you guys know when is the best time to start with them and could give me some lights on how to make em compatible with my next year plan. experince is treasured. specially when mixing all the variables i just stated.
