Now I'm riding around pic related, not immediately realizing my mistake. Feeling I made off buying an originally $1200 bike for $500. It's a horrendously rough ride, and I'm easily 2-3MPH slower on it.
Any modern manufacturers of bikes in steel or titanium that don't cost a fortune. Maybe something that feels kind of like my old racing bike but could accommodate some racks/panniers?
Recently lost my license and have to commute by bike, would appreciate some help with my admittedly odd and complicated question.
