Got a couple local FBO's that offer comparatively inexpensive flight training, I think I could get my PPL, IMC rating, and commercial for about 25-30k.
Is a career in aviation worth it right now? Seems like it's a difficult field to judge. My cousin is a CFI applying to Endeavor right now but he went to an part 141 aviation school.
Basic plan was to pay for private pilot out of pocket and then use loans to get IFR, commercial, possibly multi engine rating, and then CFI.
Any thoughts appreciated.
