Have tried all sorts of stretching and exercises, anti inflammatory cremes and cooling. A few days ago, I rode my bike twice, on flat road, just trying to spin faster and not putting too much torque through it. It felt like the pain would come back at any time possible.
Should have been clear to me right from the start.
When I tried jogging several years ago, my knee and spine started to hurt and I gave it up.
My anatomy just sucks, and I don't have trained enough muscles, strong enough joints to push myself.
I am out of motivation and don't feel like to ride again any time soon.
