GPS on my new phone is garbage despite having gps+GLONASS compared to my old one which was just GPS. It cut about 10km off the ride and threw my speeds out, the 75% quartile speed seems accurate though. Next purchase is definitely a decent bike computer.
Great ride though. Around 15C and no wind so I was comfortable in my summer shorts and short sleeve jersey. Passed loads of groups out in deep winter gear: thermal knicks and cold weather jackets, they must have been boiling. Did babbys first hill too, 2km at 6% average with 1km of 8-9%. I live in a pan-flat county so this felt like an alpine col. Favourite barista was working too so I got a decent espresso on my stop.
