>>1481476>>1481465Honestly, this is similar to the development they've been doing in across the street from JHU in Baltimore. Within two years, they added a bunch of apartments, student housing and retail on St. Paul Street, across the street from the University.
It makes sense for the area around the University, but it's not necessarily something that can be cut and pasted everywhere. It also is good for keeping student money in the immediate neighborhood.
