Might see a upgrade, but even decking the entire roof + hood only results in about 800w/h under ideal conditions. Sure, thats some 8kWh a day, so its still okay to keep the bottom charge.
Its also on a Toyota Hybrid, so its mostly a gimmick. At the least you can plug those in to avoid paying for gasoline.
