for being completely hacked together out of ebay parts it all works surprisingly well - mostly thanks to the Wolf Tooth link which relocates the rear derailleur outwards and downwards
with the front on the big ring the chain can handle 11-38t but not the last cog, however when the front is on the small ring you're pretty much limited to the largest 4 cogs
midge bars are great! mounting the levers halfway down the drop can be uncomfortable with some levers but it means you get a diverse range of hand positions.
I test fitted a few other flared drops from Salsa and Nitto but these just fit the cockpit best
