I'd recommend FOOKER pinned flats, chinese knockoffs of chester stamps. They're cheap but for road use more than durable, I've had them on a similar bike for 2 years no problem.
Saddles are personal. Go to a bike shop for this one, and no matter what you think it's not worth it to just buy random shit online hoping it fits.
