Bottom brackets are a bitch and need perfect threads, do you have something to cut those threads? I sure as shit don't. Custom dropouts are usually doable but the rest is a bitch. Not to mention a lot of bikes don't just have bends, they have exact and precise crimps in the chainstays, so you'll need a crimper as well as a Bender.
