Then if they ran the northern end terminal up to UWM. The Hop would turn into a somewhat useful transit system, without any extreme expansions.
Hell, it'd be close enough that the old train swing bridge, and the tiny little park in Third Ward would make for a great revitalization project to give the Hop access to Walker's Point.
I agree about having a Miller Park/Tosa/Stallis expansion. With Ever's bill to "fix" Miller Park, I wonder if the state would be willing to earmark some infrastructure surveys into MP and give it the Target Field treatment.
