Diversity quotas just mainly hurt the business in question rather than the individual least in most industries there probably few other places you can get hired at. They miss out on actual talent for the sake of "diversity".
In Russell's case though he did get screwed out of certain company I wonder if he explored all his options, or even considered flying helicopters instead.
