try out some height adjustment with what you have, the FD being too high is that it can throw the chain too far during an up shift from 2 to 3rd
information about FD-Z206 is a little patchy but its apparently 28.6mm clamp diameter
crank set looks like 1990 to 1991ish Deore LX M-550 so maybe FD-550 or FD-560 fit
