Rear rack is a Tubus fly. It is basically a makeshift solution that looks quite nice.
I didn't want to bend the Fly's rod so I had to somehow fix it to the seattube. At that point it had a diameter of 32mm. I ordered pic related in 31.8. The clamp now not only clamps onto the seatube but also holds the rack in place. Is tight and stiff as necessary and I didn't even have to take off material. Plus it is a literally perfect fit not even damaging the paintjob. Shimano SM-AD91 in this case.
