>Pink is whiteAlso don't be fooled, they only make up 1/3rd of the population. They just tend to live in lower densities and frankly much of that will be parks and shit. There's some sub-separation based on what kind of white you are. Italian, Russian, Irish, Polish, etc all have their own enclaves.
>Orange is AsianMostly in Chinatown with the harbor being mostly Asian due to recent immigration. I imagine the city having a sizable Cambodian population from Pol Pot refugees, mostly in the harbor neighborhood.
>Yellow is just general rich peopleIt's mostly white, and heavily Jewish, but if you notice it's in the downtown. Most of that is offices and the few apartments there are basically glorified hotel rooms. A lot of "residents" (most of whom only spend a few months a year in the city) are landed gentries, businessmen, black celebrities; or foreign investors usually from Asia, the middle east, and Russia.
