>>1160720Although In touring situations (long roads, no frequent stop/intersections/obstructions) dual breaks are not imperative, wouldn't you say that its better have them than to not? They're versatile and convenient, and provide additional accessibility if you like the tops, like to switch hand positions constantly, want to get into a more aero position, etc.
Interrupters are superb and there are no negatives to them in non-racing situations.
