Anyway, here's how my ride sunday went:
>riding at secluded gravel trail no one knows about, usually only one or two other people there fishing at the trailhead>get to the most isolated part of the trail out in the woods>about to go down a huge descent>then I see some hillbilly motherfucker standing at the bottom right in the middle of the trail with something in hand>its a fucking machete>and he's staring straight at me>fuck that>my shit ass brake pads are somehow able to stop me at the start of this downhill>turn around and speed the hell out of thereBefore I met him I was able to get a good hour of gravel grinding in so it's all good. Someone actually got stabbed there a couple of years ago. Maybe he was just cutting trees or some shit, but I'm not gonna take any chances out in the middle of nowhere with a guy wielding a machete.
