>>1469176>On chain BEV enginesRad. Density itself isn't as much a problem as the fact Carbon frames are luxury, so you can't just use the weight difference between steel/alu to carbon and have a battery that weight as low as possible.
Still the best choice as you get the mechanic advantage of gears.
>Airless tiresThe main problem with tires is that racing tires wear out badly, but slightly larger tires have about the same effency without the MTB grooves.
Women's bicycles have had sane tires for 4 decades now, because they barely wear.
>Aero Either you add something on the frame, or you go bubble:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=krCHwg3IeDoWith a ICE engine you go from 56ish MPG to 70MPG, and that is a engine that means ineffective.
With a BEV the losses are smaller, and you would get even more for increasing aero.
Some sort of bubble system would be rad, if you could hunker it down for parking.
>Rad 80s bikeLet me repost that image.
So it has:
1. Better sadle
2. Complete neglishable plastic resin weight added to get extreme aero
I sorta want it for the aero, since aero is the main reaso you can't go past while having a comfy sitting position.
>Levers instead of pedalsAs maladjusted as the pedals are, it looks sorta rad.
