Your bike is heavy and the shock absorbers are "useless" by mtb rider standards, but as long as you have the fit dialed in and working brakes, it's fine for getting around town
As far as the saddle height goes, move it so your knee does something like this
Remember that the seatpost also has a minimum insertion height. Check that too
