Maybe look for the one that says "DBS LOGIC 320 MTB" on that classifieds site - that's more like what you need and what you should expect to be spending (discs not necessary but that bike has them).
Long tours aren't really something you just go and do without experience or with near-zero expense - this doesn't mean you should go $4000 unracermeme either, mind you, but a complete beater is not the right tool.
