Your phone seems to have better stabilization than mine but your mounting method of shirt pocket isn't too different from mine, I just use a backpack strap phone holder with the top part folded inside. The torso is quite stable, I used to have a chest mounted action cam and that was pretty sick. Then for stabilization, I use shotcut (open and free video editor). Shotcut has a stabilization filter that analyzes then stabilizes video, also allowing you to adjust how much stability you want. The learning curve of shotcut however is steeper than more modern easy to use video editors.
