I thought the original taperbore/elixir launch was loved? The original avid codes were basically beefed up elixirs and from what I’m reading the current sram codes only have a few small changes. Whats normally bad about the elixirs? What’s normally bad about the codes for that matter? Almost all of the Sram brake horror stories I’ve heard are on Sram guide brakes, maybe those are specifically worse?
