Buses are just a bandaid for car based urban planning. I would rather we built streetcar suburban type neighborhoods where you can still own a car, but its not required for the neighborhood to function. Where you can have small businesses in walking distance. The problem isn't really cars or transit, its thst we keep building soul crushing sprawl where theres nothing but corporate chains and wal marts with huge parking lots. I much prefer pic related
