All they do is issue fines for the state and use their power of "I'm a cop. What you gonna do? Call the cops?" To steal, speed, jump red lights, do drugs, deal drugs etc.
My dad had a saying when he worked as a paramedic, if you ever turned up at a rich dead person house, you had to "leave some for the police" cus they would always steal shit. And then never follow through with the report from the family of theft, cus they were the ones who stole shit
