It's actually a stout as fuck frame, being straight-walled chromo. It's stiff when unloaded but with 60+ pounds of stuff on it, the ride is pretty damn silky. It needs different tires, but other than that, it's good.
Not bad for an investment of about $70; that being cassette, chain, bartape, brakes, and cables. Everything else was scrap from the shop I work at.
