In the bike lane. Lady is a truck passes me and puts her turn signal on to turn into on ramp. Should be no problem she past be and is going fast.
She slows down way more than expected. Try to slow down, but it's like point of no return. She turns into the bike lane so she can get onto the on-ramp. Cuts me off, I swerve to try to avoid her. Smash into her bumber. Wake up 10 mins later in the middle of road with like 3 people around me.
End up breaking my collarbone in 4 different spots.
I had just bought a powertrap carbon clincher wheelset 2 weeks before and they are destroyed. I guess It could have been worse. I did hit her going like 24 mph.
The cop did put her at fault, but he said I should done more. Maybe that's true but she still cut me off in my lane of travel.
