These are pretty good if you can find them, should be cheaper too.
This is 2.3 in the front and 2.15 in the back. I kinda reckon 2.3 is overkill and a bit sluggish. I regret not getting both 2.15s
1.9- 2.1 like classic tires all were is peak 26" size imo.

If you go to squeeze something in, you're just taking a risk. No one can 'confirm' it for you. Most tires do run under not over though. Especially on narrower rims.
