So I just got a bike like this one here. The back wheel sometimes slides to the front touching the metal bars. Even after tightening the skewers it still happens. According to the bike shop it's because i keep the bike on a higher gear forcing too much torque on it.
Could that be the issue. Or should i tighten it with some leverage? And could a chain tugg help?
The wheel only slides forwars fromthe right side like on picture
