38mm tyres aren't the meme 50mm+ mtb size like in your pic, but it's still decent
importantly, it has a very sensible 44/28 subcompact crank
avoid meme bikes with triples or conventional 50/34 compact cranks
look for 1x or subcompacts.
If you spent twice as much there are a few options on wiggle too for alum frame/carbon fork, thru axles, hydro brakes and 11speed, but i think pic related is already a decent enough bike i'd personnaly just prefer a colour frame but meh
