I like when it's implemented subtly though. Frames don't need to be at the razor's edge between crumpling into pieces at the first knock so trad tubing is probably best, but you could definitely let a computer design the most efficient lugs for tubing, cranks or a stem, flanges for a hub, supports for the chainrings etc.
