>>1766126michelin airstop butyl tubes are extremely good. they're supple and hold air for a long time. i might be interested in TPU tubes in the future but for now they are more or less unproven, people have had problems with their tubolitos and the jury is out on other brands like revoloop, pirelli p zero smartube, schwalbe aerothan. they should have excellent puncture resistance and air retention in theory. latex tubes have the drawback of needing to be inflated a lot more often so if you're more of a casual rider it might not be worth the cost and effort to use latex tubes.
