I've never bonked on a ride so I know I'm at least getting enough but this insatiable hunger shit fucking sucks. Since my ride today I had a Huel (recovery), A cleaneatz meal, a pasta meal tv dinner, two nerds ropes and I just had some waffles and I'm still fucking hungry.
I got up at 11 so I didn't have breakfast but I just feel like a fucking fat ass always shoveling food into my mouth and I hate this feeling and water doesn't even begin to curb it. The fuck do I do, it fucks everything up and just makes me angry because I can't focus on anything and just think about how hungry I am but I hate feeling like a fat shit too.
