however, Germany is not America and therefore just as I wear a helmet which I guess is looked down upon over there, I also have a non-StVZO light, which is more than capable of blinding you at close quarters, given the orientation of the beam. however, unless you are breaking the law and endangering me, you are not going to have a problem being blinded by my non-StVZO light, because unless you are being stupid, you are separated from me by 2 lanes of motor vehicle traffic, which is more than enough for you not to have any trouble from my lights
