The new 16000s are fucking shit. They use sic-vvvf so the train is so quiet you can't use the inverter noise to wake you up when sleeping on the train. Also they 16000 series has that fucking gay ass horn that you can barely hear so you don't wake up when the train comes into the station.
The e233-2000 and the odakyu are the same train with different facias.
