my cockpit is completely free of logos so i think i would prefer to have the cables free of logos as well because they're not a particularly noteworthy component and the logo just adds visual noise
i have internally routed handlebars so the end cap dangles under the stem
it's laser etched so i don't think it can be rubbed off
draw over the logo with a paint marker? maybe it doesn't have to look perfect because the guide cable is a bit chewed up anyway from the internal routing, just cover up the logo with black so that you can't really see the logo from a distance
black gloss vinyl wrap?
black electrical tape?
