Some company buys rail roads from the state for 10% of the real worth from the infrastructure, then they run on it as long they can making shitloads of profit that of course goes into the pockets of some suit wearing moron.
After 20 years nothing has been done with the rail an it is so bad that trains have to go on it with only 30mph or shit.
Then the company goes broke and goverment rebuilds everything with taxpayers money.
So in the end its just a company living from taxpayers infrastructure leaving the taxpayer to repair it.
