For reference: I'm repairing and building bikes for over 2 decades now, so I can rule out pinch flat & snake bite etc. There is nothing stuck anywhere and the spokes obviously don't stick out into the tube. I've also installed countless of different rim/tube/tire combos and I never had anything like this happen before.
I always get the same two small bumps on the inside of the tube, parallel to the rim. I've inspected the tire from both outside and inside and it's clean. It's brand new. I've changed the tubes, rim, rim tape, but always get these puncture holes every time.
WTF is happening is here?
