It's pretty much the Lectric frame but a million companies have slapped different stickers on and resold the bike with changes in battery, suspension, brakes, etc. My only concern is getting repairs done once something inevitably breaks as these are all Chinese bikes and I've heard that customer service is basically nonexistent. What is your experience with your Polarna in general? I was gonna just order through Amazon
