It's never going to look classically good with that threadless unicrown fork. The conversion is good for performance though. If you want classic looks you need to get a chromed lugged fork & a quill stem. But don't do that, it will make the bike ride worse, and the livery on the frame looks horrible anyway.
It's 'ugly fast road beater' spec right now. If you want it to look better the best thing you can do is get a silver threadless stem & spacers. Yellow & Celeste is the classic bianchi combination. I would paint the fork yellow & get yellow bartape or paint the fork celeste or just leave it as is. Don't paint it black. If you want it black then buy a naked carbon fork, which would be a performance upgrade, but honestly, not so worth it. Also add more bianchi decals.
